About me.

After a few turbulent personal years, including challenges with anxiety and my health, I found a sense of calm, strength, and confidence through training.

Like many women, growing up in the 90s shaped my view of nutrition and body image in ways that weren’t always helpful. Over time, I’ve rebuilt a healthier, more sustainable approach —one rooted in strength, not restriction.

Alongside this, I’ve spent 20 years working in fashion buying. I understand the reality of busy schedules, high pressure, and the challenge of prioritising your own health alongside everything else.

My approach.

Training should support your life, not take it over.

My focus is on building strength that lasts —Strength that supports your body, your hormones, and your long-term health.

This isn’t about extremes or quick fixes.
